About Us

As known more than 80 percent of health problems are the result of drinking of contaminated water. A majority of the population in our country is still not able to get pure drinking water because water purifiers available in the market are costly and require a huge maintenance cost.

Drinking water derived from RO based water purifier is not good for health because of a reduced level of essential minerals. In addition, RO purifier work with electricity, and also a lot of wastage of water occurs during purification. In comparison, our developed adsorption based D-tox nano membrane bearing water purifier works without electricity and it retains all the essential minerals of water without wastage of water. Our main objective is to use d-tox nano membrane in place of the RO/UF+UV membrane bearing purifiers in the domestic and community level of use for provide safe and healthy drinking water at nominal cost.

Our Founder

Prof. (Dr.) I. B. Singh
Former Chief Scientist, CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal
Professor, AcSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal

Dr. Indra Bhushan Singh, M.Sc (Chem), Ph.D.(BHU) worked nearly 30 years in Council of Scientific and Industrial Research CSIR, Government of India in material science field related to corrosion and protection of metals, synthesis of nano materials, water quality analysis, detoxification of toxic elements of water, adsorption kinetics, metal matrix composites etc. Before joining CSIR, he had worked as chemist in Central Ground Water, Bangalore for two years. He has published more than 90 research papers in national and international journals and 7 nos of Indian patent granted and one US patent is likely to be granted soon. Ph.D degree awarded for five students who worked under his supervision. More than 1,500 citations are in his credit. Based on his developed technology for water purification, three know how transferred to different societal industries. He himself has taken know how license from CSIR-AMPRI for his own founded company “ IBS Water Nano Purifier on nano membrane for the removal of fluoride, arsenic and microorganism of drinking water.

He is recipient of DAAD fellowship and worked three months in FORCHUNSZENTRUM (Materials Research Center) JULICH, West Germany during 1997-98. He also worked as senior researcher for one year in Ulsan National institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), Ulsan, Korea during 2010-2011. He has visited country like USA, Canada, Germany, Korea etc for attending international conferences. He has delivered more than 20 invited lectures in national and international conferences, invitee in institute like IITs, IGCAR, and Universities etc. At present he is continuing as Editor Review, Frontiers in Materials journal, Lausanne, Switzerland.

He has worked more than a decade in the synthesis of nano adsorbent materials and their adsorption potential for the removal of fluoride, arsenic, chromium, lead etc of drinking water. He has developed coating of nano adsorbent and nano biocide composite material in conventional water filter membrane which is capable to remove all the toxic inorganic and organic contaminates and microorganism of water. After retirement from the CSIR, he continued his R&D activities and could able to design and develop nano adsorbent membrane containing water purifier useful for providing pure drinking water in urbon and rural ares where total dissolve solid of ground water or treated surface municipal supplied water is up to 1000 mg/l.
