- Recommended installation conditions, such as minimum overhead tank height for gravity operation, must be followed for optimum performance.
- Membrane and filters should be replaced at the recommended intervals or earlier if local water quality demands.
5. Warranty & service
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase on the invoice or warranty card. Warranty is generally limited to manufacturing defects and excludes damage due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications or abnormal water quality.
